Sahara Silk Middle Eastern Dance Ensemble In-Person

Sahara Silk is a northeast Florida dance troupe with members from the Jacksonville and Orange Park areas.

Troupe members are a dedicated and accomplished group of dancers taught by director and choreographer Julianne Battaglia.

The dance style is tribal fusion and blended with other dance styles and techniques.

Dance classes are open to all and sponsored by the Duval County Community Education program and are offered at Ed White High School.

Sahara Silk dancers are eager and enthusiastic about sharing their love and dedication to this beautiful ancient art form.
