Adventures in Snacking: Mindful Eating

Adventures in Snacking: Mindful Eating In-Person

Mindful eating is all about getting to know your food better –what it looks like, smells like, feels like, and –of course –what it tastes like. By practicing mindful eating/snacking, we slow down our food consumption, notice what we are eating more and how it makes us feel. As we read “No Ordinary Apple” children will have an opportunity to practice mindful eating. Program will be led by UF/IFAS Extension staff.

The University of Florida is committed to providing universal access to all of our events. For disability accommodations such as sign language interpreters and listening devices, please contact christine.snyder@ufl.edu at least 1 week in advance. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.
