You can do it! Join us for this free class. All the necessary materials to participate in the group are provided. This program covers many topics. We discuss why you use tobacco, the addiction process, the health benefits of quitting, triggers, medications to help you quit, ways to change your behavior to keep you from going back to using tobacco, and more.
You can also receive up to 4 weeks of free nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges, when medically appropriate and while supplies last.
