Mindful Wellness: Mindful Living In-Person
The Mindful Wellness program is designed to equip healthy adults with practice and skills to strengthen the mind and body connection and promote holistic health and wellness across the life span.
Mindful Wellness Lessons
• Provide basic information regarding mindfulness activities and the value to mind-body health.
• Provide time to practice mindfulness activities in the learning environment.
• Provide opportunities to learn from one another.
• Share current resources which address mindfulness and mind-body health.
Lesson topics: Intro to mindfulness, mindful foundations, mindful breathing, mindful eating, mindful living.
Sessions provided by UF/IFAS an equal opportunity organization.
