Veterans Yoga Project: Mindful Resilience In-Person

Military, Veterans, & First-Responders, along with their family members and care-givers, please join us for a special yoga program.

 

This class is a 60 minute, all-levels Mindful Resilience practice. We welcome you!

 

What is a Mindful Resilience practice?

Mindful Resilience is what we call the collection of mind-body practices that we teach: Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude.

 

What should you bring?

Come as you are. I recommend water and any gear that you like to practice with. Yoga mats are provided, however, you can bring your own if you prefer.
