Come learn how to improve your health and wellbeing and gain support in achieving your personal goals related to optimal health.

Each session will include a 30 minute yoga practice, mindfulness activity, and educational session.

Please wear light comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat & water. If you don't have a yoga mat, one will be provided.

Registration required.
